C7 Corvette Bucketed Dual Brushless Intank Pump System

Designed for the 2014-2019 Corvette (all the way from the Stingray up to the ZR1), this fully billet bucket keeps all the amenities of a factory fuel system. Low level starvation is no problem, and a full plug and play harness is included along with the required controllers to allow full command over the system via the ECM. This does require patching the operating system to ensure full predictable control which means you will need to send your file in, then do a write entire to the ECM.

This system features two of the popular "E5LM" brushless pumps and is capable of over 1800 bhp worth of fuel flow on ethanol (actual wheel power rating will vary based on what kind of drag is on the engine like a supercharger). The OEM PWM capability of the factory fuel system is still in play to produce the required fuel pressure completely on demand at all operating conditions. A properly engineered jet siphon system keeps the bucket full at all times while emptying the passenger side tank first, and fluorosilicone umbrella valves help gravity feed the bucket (at low fuel tank levels, the jet siphon system becomes the most important). The bucket connects back to the factory fuel lines to serve as a true drop in solution. A 600kPa pressure relief is integrated into the bucket, but normal operation should not need to rely on the relief.

Control of the bucket is done with all OEM electronics, one of which has a proprietary device to interpret the ECM's commands for the brushless drivers. The robustness of OEM electronics is retained with this setup through the use of Audi brushless drivers. Wiring is completely plug and play, giving you a real sealed connector on top of the hat instead of add on ring terminals. We take it a step further by populating all of the required calibration data when editing the tune file to apply the required patch which gives full control beyond 64g/s of fuel flow. There is no reliance on massive PI trimming with this control system, and the pressure you ask for is effortlessly achieved in all operating conditions. You won't have to worry about DTCs or weird operation.

The hat is not set up to function as a return system, so there is no provision for a return line. The outlet can be changed to 8AN but comes standard as male push connect. We would strongly urge you to use this system as we intended.
