We start with a brand new GM LT5 throttle body and precisely machine the bolt pattern in to allow the throttle body to natively bolt to the LT1/LT4 flange pattern. This means you don't need adapter plates that impact throttle spacing, and it won't be clocked in a different direction. You must use the supplied allen head bolts because one of the holes gets too close to the throttle inlet to allow the use of a flange head/hex head bolt.
