Please note we will only cut these on Thursdays in order to minimize fixture swapping in our machine. Please contact us if you have an urgent need for one. Custom made pulleys are not returnable.

These lower pulleys are compatible with ATI part numbers 917316 and 917315 (this is the C7 LT4 damper, but the ring will fit) for the C7 dry sump LTx engine. They are machined from 6061 aluminum.

Six titanium T45 flat head screws are available as an option for securing to the ATI damper.

The pulleys are available in any size as 11-rib for the standard LT5 belt drive up to an effective diameter of about 10.5" (we have not verified any specific sizes, so order at your own risk). These are made 100% in house. Anodizing is available for an extra fee (and may add significant time to delivery). Please specify the size of the pulley in the notes when placing your order. We can typically ship within one week of ordering (usually faster). Returns are not accepted on custom cut pulleys. An optional clearanced 6061 pulley is available as an add-on and is recommended over trying to shave down the factory plastic pulley.

OEM diameter is 204.97mm (8.07").
